MOVES: Frank Coenen will be Tessenderlo CEO from 15 January

LONDON (ICIS news)--Frank Coenen will succeed Gerard Marchand as Tessenderlo Group CEO from 15 January, the company said on Tuesday.

Marchand, who is 66 and has served as Tessenderlo Group CEO since 1987, will stay on as chairman of the Board of Directors.

Coenen has been with Tessenderlo since 2006 and became the plastics and specialties producer’s chief operating officer (COO) in 2009. Prior to joining Tessenderlo he held various senior management positions with Cytec and UCB. He will be heading up a renewed Management Committee, Tessenderlo said..
