HOUSTON (ICIS news)--The Delaware Chancery Court dismissed a lawsuit that shareholders filed against the board of Dow Chemical, the company said on Tuesday.
The lawsuit alleged that the board acted irresponsibly when it approved the company's takeover of Rohm and Haas, according to a report published by Reuters.
The court found that the shareholders lacked evidence to back up its allegations, Reuters reported.
