TORONTO (ICIS news)--Jacobs has won an engineering contract for plant changes and small project work at LyondellBasell’s chemical production sites in Botlek and Maasvlakte in the Netherlands, the US-based petrochemicals engineering major said on Tuesday.
The contract would run for 2 ½ years, Jacobs said without disclosing plant or other contract details.
According to ICIS plants and projects, chemicals produced at LyondellBasell’s facilities in Botlek and Maasvlakte include propylene oxide, ethylbenzene, styrene, propylene glycol, butanediol, ethyl tertiary butyl ether and methyl tertiary butyl ether, among other products.
