NEW YORK (ICIS news)--US renewable chemicals producer DNP Green Technology has acquired US-based bioplastics company Sinoven Biopolymers, DNP said on Thursday.
Sinoven produces biodegradable polybutylene succinate plastic at its facilities in ?xml:namespace>
The acquisition will help move DNP’s proprietary bio-based succinic acid down the value chain, said Jean-Francois Huc, president of DNP.
