SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Thailand’s Rayong Olefins (ROC) is expected to restart its 800,000 tonne/year naphtha cracker at Mab Ta Phut later on Thursday after a brief unplanned shutdown due to a power outage in the area, a company source said.
“The cracker should restart very soon,” the source said, adding that the facility was taken off line on 10 February, along with two other crackers operated by PTT Chemical.
