SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp (HPCL) has issued a tender to sell 20,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Mumbai on 5-7 March, a trader said on Wednesday.
The tender closes on 19 February, with bids to stay valid on the same day.
HPCL last sold by tender a similar-sized cargo for loading on 11-13 February, at a premium of $12.50/tonne to Middle East FOB (free on board) quotes.
