MOVES: US Sunoco hires Fox as senior VP, general counsel

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Sunoco’s board of directors has elected Stacy Fox as senior vice president and general counsel, effective 1 March, the US refiner said on Wednesday.

She will replace Michael Kuritzkes, who has served as general counsel since 2000.

Fox had previously worked with the Roxbury Group, a Detroit-based real estate development and legal consulting firm where she was founder and principal.

Before that, she worked in leadership positions with several auto suppliers, including Johnson Controls and Visteon.
