MOVES: Brinkmann appointed to head of Dow Chemical in Germany

TORONTO (ICIS news)--Dow Chemical has appointed Ralf Brinkmann president of its business in Germany and chief executive of Dow Deutschlandeffective 1 March, a Dow spokesman said on Tuesday.

Concurrently, Brinkmann would retain his position as commercial vice president for basic chemicals and performance products and systems in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the spokesman told ICIS news, confirming a report in the German business press. 

Brinkmann succeeds Markus Wildi, who last year was appointed to Dow’s newly created position of vice president of corporate development in Kuwait.
