GUANGZHOU (ICIS news)--Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co (ZRCC), a subsidiary of Chinese state-owned major Sinopec, has postponed start-up of its new 450,000 tonne/year polyethylene(PE) plant in Ningbo by one week to 15 March, a company source said on Friday.
The source said the original start-up schedule of 8 March was just a target and subject to change when necessary.

The cracker’s downstream 300,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) unit has been in trial operation since early February, according to the source.
