SINGAPORE (ICIS News)--Taiwan-based Ming Dih Group has kept its expandable polystyrene (EPS) plant in Bangkok running in spite of escalating political tensions in Thailand's capital, said a company source on Monday.
The company operates a 30,000 tonne/year EPS plant in Bangkok.
“Our plant continues to run while we are keeping a close watch on the demonstration there,” said the source.
The company also operates a 166,000 tonne/year EPS unit in Taiwan and another 100,000 tonne/year plant in southern China.
