India's Hindustan Petroleum sells 25,000-30,000t naphtha

SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp (HPCL) has sold 25,000-30,000 tonnes of heavy naphtha for mid-April loading to Japanese trader Itochu, traders said on Wednesday.

The cargo, which will be lifted from Vizag on 16-20 April, fetched a premium of around $25/tonne (€18.5/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), they added.

Asia’s second-half May open-spec naphtha held steady at $756.00-758.00/tonne CFR (cost and freight) Japan on Wednesday, ICIS pricing data showed.
