India’s Reliance invests in logistics firm Deccan 360

SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Indian conglomerate Reliance said on Friday it has invested an undisclosed amount to help local logistics company Deccan 360 expand its network coverage.

Deccan 360 caters to the express transportation needs of various industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail and textiles.

It currently has eight freighter aircrafts covering 15 airports, a fleet of more than 300 trucks and 850 vehicles nationwide, Reliance said.

Its logistics capacity was over 300 tonnes/night by air, with more than 60 warehousing hubs delivering overnight services to 50 cities, the company added.
