HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Here is Monday’s end of day Americas oil and chemical market summary from ICIS pricing.

CRUDE: May WTI: $81.45/bbl, down $1.79; Jun Brent: $84.23/bbl, down $1.76
Crude prices drifted higher in profit taking, towards $81.63/bbl, in after-market electronic trading after selling down sharply during the normal floor session. Fraud charges against Goldman Sachs boosted the dollar and a temporary decline in jet fuel demand pressured heating oil as well as the rest of the energy complex.

NATURAL GAS: $3.944/MMBtu, down 9.5 cents
Natural gas futures prices dropped with mild weather temperatures.

RBOB: $2.2544/gal, down 2.26 cents
Reformulated gasoline blendstock for oxygenate blending (RBOB) futures prices drifted down with weakening crude oil.

BENZENE: Spot benzene for April was lower on Monday at $3.47-3.55/gal FOB (free on board) US Gulf as market players retreated to the sidelines amid falling energy values.

ETHYLENE: US ethylene for April was steady at 70.50 cents/lb.

PROPYLENE: Refinery-grade propylene (RGP) for April remained offered at 46.00 cents/lb with no bids. RGP last traded last week at 54.25 cents/lb.
