SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Taiwan’s Chinese Petroleum Corp (CPC) has issued a tender to buy 75,000 tonnes of naphtha for delivery in the second half of June, traders said on Wednesday.

The tender would close later on Wednesday, with offers to stay valid until 30 April, they said.

CPC restarted its 385,000 tonne/year No 4 naphtha cracker in Linyuan on 17-18 April following an outage.

Asia’s naphtha crack spread closed higher at $136.05/tonne (€103.4/tonne) against Brent crude futures on Tuesday, the strongest since 16 March due to firm spot buying, ICIS pricing data showed.
