LONDON (ICIS news)--Oxea has sold its ?xml:namespace>
The parties did not to disclose any financial details of the deal, but said they had entered into a long-term agreement whereby Air Liquide would supply syngas and hydrogen to Oxea.
All 26 staff at the plant would be permanently employed by Air Liquide, Oxea said in a statement.
The transaction, subject to approval by antitrust authorities and the companies’ banks, was likely be conducted in July of 2010, the company said.
"This step is clearly in line with our strategic objective of advancing Oxea's growth – both through concentration on oxo-derivatives that are in strong demand and expansion into international growth markets," said spokesperson Martina Floel.
