SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--PTT Chemical shut down its 515,000 tonne/year I-4 No 1 naphtha cracker at Mab Ta Phut, Thailand, for scheduled maintenance, a company official said on Monday.
The cracker was taken off line on 1 July and is expected to restart on 4 August, the official said.
PTT Chemical also operates three other crackers at the same site, which have a combined ethylene nameplate capacity of 1.86m tonnes/year.
