HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US weekly fuel ethanol inventories were at 19.9m bbl (836m gal) in the week ended 2 July, up by 2% from 19.5m bbl a week earlier, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Thursday.
US ethanol production last week averaged 855,000 bbl/day, an increase of 2.8% from 832,000 bbl/day in the week ended 25 June, the government said.
US ethanol production in June averaged 839,000 bbl/day.
No ethanol imports were recorded last week, according to EIA data.
