HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US weekly fuel ethanol inventories were at 19.7m bbl in the week ended 9 July, down by 1% from 19.9m bbl a week earlier, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday.
US ethanol production last week reached an average of 821,000 bbl/day, a drop of 4.0% from 855,000 bbl/day in the week ended 2 July, the government said.
US ethanol production in June averaged 839,000 bbl/day.
No ethanol imports were recorded last week, according to EIA data.
