SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Kuwait Petroleum Corp (KPC) has sold by tender 75,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading on 10-20 August to trading firms Vitol and Glencore, at discount levels due to a weak market, traders said on Friday.
KPC sold 50,000 tonnes of full-range naphtha and 24,000 tonnes of light naphtha, at discounts of $2-3/tonne (€1.56–2.34/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), they said.
No further details on the deal were available.
The company last sold by tender 24,000 tonnes of light naphtha for loading on 1-2 August, at parity.
