LONDON (ICIS news)--Here is Monday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: August WTI: $75.98/bbl, down $0.03/bbl. September BRENT: $75.32/bbl, down $0.05/bbl
Crude oil futures were relatively unchanged during the morning session. Brent and WTI front-month contracts traded within a narrow range on either side of the previous closing levels. Some support, however, came from the gains in the stock markets and a recovery in the euro.

Naphtha spot prices fell slightly due to lower crude oil prices.  August swaps were pegged at $622-623/tonne.

BENZENE: $830-840/tonne, steady
The market was quiet this morning, with no firm buy/sell indications heard. The range was unchanged.
