HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Here is Monday’s end of day Americas oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: Aug WTI: $76.54/bbl, up 53 cents; Sep Brent: $75.62/bbl, up 25 cents
Crude futures bounced around between positive and negative territory, finishing up for the first time in four tries tracking a volatile stock market and watching a strong euro.

NATURAL GAS: $4.510/MMBtu, down 0.9 cents
Natural gas futures on the NYMEX finished down slightly down as hefty storage levels continue to trump expectations of hot weather in the coming weeks. The August contract traded within a 10-cent spread during floor activity with no momentum materialising up or down.

RBOB: $2.0590/gal, up 1.04 cents
Reformulated gasoline blendstock for oxygenate blending (RBOB) prices moved higher in line with equities, which have acted as a gauge for economic recovery.

BENZENE: down at $2.60-2.64/gal
US Gulf spot July benzene barges sat in a range of $2.60-2.64/gal DDP (delivered, duty-paid) nearly all day with no July transactions heard on the market. The only movement in the July spread was a 1-cent drop from the morning range and 2 cents lower from Friday.

ETHYLENE: steady at 31.00-33.50 cents/lb
No new deals were heard in the spot ethylene market, leaving prices in a bid/offer range of 31.00-33.50 cents/lb.

PROPYLENE: steady at 42.00-46.00 cents/lb
US refinery-grade propylene (RGP) spot prices were steady with no new deals heard.
