Jacobs wins service contract for Eastman’s US Kingsport site

TORONTO (ICIS)--Jacobs has won a multi-year contract for site services at Eastman’s petrochemicals production hub in Kingsport, Tennessee, the US plant engineering firm said on Tuesday.

The contract included programme management services, capital construction projects and site maintenance support, Jacobs said. It did not disclose contract duration or financial terms.

Eastman employs over 6,600 workers at Kingsport, which is described as one of the largest chemical manufacturing sites in North America.
