SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Arya Sasol Petrochemical Co has achieved full output at its 300,000 tonne/year low density polyethylene (LDPE) and 300,000 tonne/year high density PE (HDPE) plants at ?xml:namespace>
The two plants were restarted early last week, the source said, adding: “The company has resumed normal PE exports now that production has stabilised at the plants.”
Arya Sasol's HDPE plant was shut down at the beginning of July due to an extruder problem, while the LDPE plant was taken off line on 20 July as a result of a technical issue.
