SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Thailand’s Integrated Refinery & Petrochemical Complex Public Co (IRPC) will shut its 240,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant in Mab Ta Phut for a scheduled maintenance turnaround on 7-15 October, local distributors said on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the company’s two other PP lines at the same site, which have a combined capacity of 270,000 tonnes/year, would continue running “normally”, they added.

IRPC officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
