SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s CPC Corp is on track to shut its 385,000 tonne/year No 4 naphtha cracker in Linyuan for a turnaround in early November, a company official said on Thursday.
“The cracker will be shut from 3 November to 25 December,” he added.
Meanwhile, CPC’s two other crackers in Kaohsiung – its 230,000 tonne/year No 3 cracker and its 500,000 tonne/year No 5 cracker – were not due for maintenance shutdowns this year, according to the official.
