MOSCOW (ICIS)--The value of Russia's chemical imports in January-September 2010 fell by 10.2% year on year to $2.72bn (€1.96bn), the Russian Federal Customs Service said in a statement released on Friday.
However, in September, Russia's chemical imports were up 39.6% year on year, while polymer and synthetic rubber imports were up 37.2%, the statement said, without disclosing volumes or values.
