Dow Chemical expands Continuum EP polyethylene resins

TORONTO (ICIS)--Dow Chemical has expanded the availability of its Continuum EP high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins, the US-based chemicals major said on Tuesday.

CONTINUUM EP, first introduced in the US at the 2009 National Plastics Exhibition (NPE) in Chicago, was a new generation of bimodal HDPE resins for blow-moulded bottle and drum applications, Dow said.

The company did not disclose capacity or investment details.
