TORONTO (ICIS)--Dow Chemical has broken ground on an acrylic and styrene-acrylic polymers plant in Dong Nai province in southern ?xml:namespace>
The plant, expected to start production in September 2011, would help Dow meet growing demand from Vietnam-based paint and coatings manufacturers, it said.
More than 90% of the plant’s capacity would be sold to Vietnam-based customers, the majority of which were multi-national companies, said Yoke Loon Lim, general manager for
