ALICANTE, Spain (ICIS)--European November dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) reference prices rose by €76/tonne ($109/tonne) from October in line with the €123/tonne upstream paraxylene (PX) price increase, market sources said on Friday.
November DMT settled at €854-895/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe).?xml:namespace>
Fourth-quarter methanol, DMT’s other feedstock, was announced at an increase of €22/tonne to €277/tonne FOB (free on board) Rotterdam.
