Taiwan’s CPC buys 100,000 tonnes term MTBE supply

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s CPC Corp has bought via tender 100,000 tonnes of term methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) for 2011, traders said on Monday.

The cargoes, which fetched a premium of $15-20/tonne (€11-15/tonne) to market quotes on a delivered basis, would head to Kaohsiung and Keelong, they added.
