Japan's Asahi Kasei runs Kawasaki MMA plant at near full capacity

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japan’s Asahi Kasei Corp has ramped up production at its methyl methacrylate (MMA) plant in Kawasaki to near 100% of capacity, after the facility restarted on 11 November, a company source said on Friday.

The 100,000 tonne/year plant had a 44-day maintenance shutdown from 28 September, the source said.
