SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Malaysian state-owned oil major Petronas plans a turnaround at its 300,000 tonne/year methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) plant in Kuantan, Malaysia, in April next year, an industry source close to the company said on Friday.
The turnaround, starting in April, would last 40 days, he added.
The plant was currently operating at full tilt, the source said.
