WR Grace expects reorganisation confirmation ruling in January

HOUSTON (ICIS)--A bankruptcy court judge was expected to issue a ruling on WR Grace’s reorganisation plan in January, the company said on Tuesday.

The judge had earlier said she had hoped to issue the ruling before the end of 2010, Grace said.

Grace supplies catalysts and other products to petroleum refiners, catalysts for the manufacture of plastics, silica-based engineered and specialty materials for industrial applications, sealants and coatings for food and beverage packaging, and specialty chemicals.
