The project, by Taiwan-based Formosa Chemicals and Fibre Corporation (FCFC), was expected to start up 2013, the engineering firm said.
CB&I said the contract included licensing of its Lummus Technology’s Polimeri technology, as well as project engineering design. It did not disclose how much the project was expected to cost.
