LONDON (ICIS)--Bayer MaterialScience has added ALBIS to its list of existing distribution partners in Russia in an effort to expand its polycarbonates range in the country, the Germany-based polymer producer said on Tuesday.

Bayer MaterialScience said the cooperation with international distributor ALBIS was a key factor for the company's long-term success in Russia's growing markets.

Russia is an attractive growth market for a multitude of industries, particularly the automotive and electrical industries,” Bayer said.

ALBIS would distribute Bayer's high-performance plastics from its polycarbonates portfolio, it added.
