Wisnefsky had held positions at Chemtura including new business development and general manager of the PVC additives division, vice president of corporate strategy, vice president of treasury and vice president of corporate finance.

Connecticut-based Galata also appointed Joe Salsbury as its chief financial officer, Brian Johnson as vice president of business and technology, and Peter Frenkel as director of new business development.
