HOUSTON (ICIS)--Motiva Enterprises said its 285,000 bbl/day Port Arthur refinery in Texas increased production after cutting back to minimum rates on Sunday, the company said on Monday.
Motiva said in a report to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) that the refinery had shut down as a result of a sudden disruption of its nitrogen supply.
