LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Friday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.
CRUDE: April WTI: $97.73/bbl, up $0.45/bbl. April BRENT: $111.62/bbl, up $0.26/bbl
Brent futures remained supported above $111/bbl as the unrest in Libya continued to raise supply concerns despite comments from ?xml:namespace>
NAPHTHA: $928-936/tonne, down $21/tonne
The cargo range suffered losses from Thursday afternoon on the back of lower crude oil prices and a weaker crack spread. March swaps were assessed at $933-935/tonne.
BENZENE: $1,345-1,365/tonne, down $30-35/tonne
Weaker benzene numbers in the
STYRENE: $1,500-1,540/tonne, down $10-35/tonne
March buying interest remained quiet this morning, and the range moved down. There was no clear range for April yet.
