SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Oman’s Salalah Methanol has achieved 100% operating rate at its 1.3m tonne/year methanol plant in Salalah after restarting it two weeks ago, a company source said on Friday.
The plant was shut on 26 January because of a mechanical failure.
The plant, which is a joint venture between Oman Oil and Oman Energy Trading, was started up in May 2010.
