SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Malaysia's Titan Chemicals has awarded a term tender to buy naphtha supplies for delivery into Pasir Gudang in Johor between April 2011 and March 2012, market sources said on Thursday.

Price details and volumes were not immediately available.

The supplies comprised both light and full range grade naphtha.

Meanwhile, Titan is operating its two crackers at 95%, sources said.

The company plans to conduct a turnaround at its 285,000 tonne/year No 1 cracker in Pasir Gudang in June for around one month.

Titan also runs another 435,000 tonne/year No 2 cracker at the same site, which was taken off line for a month of maintenance in October 2010.
