SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Shell restarted its 800,000 tonne/year mixed-feed cracker in Bukom, Singapore, over the weekend of 12-13 March after a turnaround that started last month, market sources said on Wednesday.

The cracker, however, was not yet running at full rates, they said, without providing further details.

It was shut for maintenance on 20 February and was originally expected to resume operations in mid-March.
