HOUSTON (ICIS)--The UN Security Council on Thursday approved a “no-fly” zone for Libya in an effort to halt civilian fatalities in the ongoing civil strife between Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and rebels, according to press reports.
Gaddafi warned residents of Benghazi that an attack was imminent on the rebel city, according to The New York Times.
