MOVES: Holland to take over as Brenntag CEO on 22 June

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Steven Holland will take over as chief executive of Brenntag on 22 June following the company’s general shareholders’ meeting, the Germany-based international chemical distributor said on Monday.

Holland, who currently serves as Brenntag’s chief operating officer and has worked with the company since 2006, will take over from CEO Stephen Clark.

Clark has been proposed for a seat on the company's supervisory board, in an election to be held on 22 June.

In addition, Brenntag appointed William Fidler to its management board, effective immediately. Fidler will be responsible for the company’s North and Latin American business.

Fidler was previously president and CEO of the company’s North American business.
