HOUSTON (ICIS)--Petrologistics said on Friday its propylene plant in Texas resumed operations this week, following a mid-month shutdown that sources said was related to equipment repairs.

The 544,000 tonne/year unit in Houston was taken down on 13 March.

The Petrologistics plant produces chemical- (CGP) and polymer-grade propylene (PGP) through propane dehydrogenation (PDH), and is the only facility of its kind in the US.
