TORONTO (ICIS)--Huntsman has chosen petrochemicals engineering firm Foster Wheeler to work on a planned isocyanates expansion near ?xml:namespace>
Foster, which will be in charge of front-end engineering design, said the project is scheduled for mechanical completion by the fourth quarter of 2013. It did not disclose financial or capacity details.
