HOUSTON (ICIS)--US chlor-alkali producer Olin is expected to begin a 12-day turnaround on 1 April at its plant in McIntosh, Alabama, sources said on Thursday.
The turnaround, which is planned for routine maintenance, is scheduled from 1–12 April, a company source said.
Olin’s other US chlor-alkali plants are in Henderson, Nevada; St Gabriel, Louisiana; Augusta, Georgia; Charleston, Tennessee; Niagara Falls, New York; and Becancour, Quebec.
Other US chlor-alkali producers include Dow Chemical, Occidental Chemical, Shintech, Georgia Gulf and PPG Industries.
