SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Qatargas is running its seven liquefied natural gas (LNG) trains at full rates, with production at 42m tonnes/year, making it the largest LNG producer in the world, the company said in a statement over the weekend.
The company said four of its seven trains are considered mega trains, with a production capacity of 7.8m tonnes/year each.
Qatargas caters to the European, North American and Asian markets, including Japan, Spain, France, the UK, Canada, Mexico, the US and China, according to the statement.
