India’s MRPL sells 35,000 tonnes naphtha for early May

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) is offering via tender 35,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from New Mangalore port on 17-19 May, a tender document showed on Friday.

The tender closes on 13 April, with bids to stay valid until 15 April.

The company last sold by tender 35,000 tonnes of naphtha to Total for loading from the same port on 6-8 May, at a premium of $24/tonne (€17/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board).

Before that, MRPL had awarded an export tender for 35,000 tonnes of naphtha to Shell for loading on 24-26 April at a premium of $25.50/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB.
