SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has sold via tender 35,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from New Mangalore port on 17-19 May, traders said on Monday.
The cargo was awarded to Cargill at a premium of $29/tonne (€20/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), they added.
Premiums rose from MPRL’s previous tender, which was awarded at Middle East quotes FOB plus $24/tonne for loading on 6-8 May because of tighter supply in Asia.
