HOUSTON (ICIS)--Petrologistics resumed operations at its Houston propylene plant in Texas after a brief outage earlier this week, the company said on Thursday.

The outage lasted 24 hours, Petrologistics said.

The company on 10 May reported an emissions event in a public filing, citing the shutdown of a waste heat boiler at the site.

Petrologistics has 544,000 tonnes/year of propylene capacity in Houston.

The company produces the monomer through propane dehydrogenation (PDH), the only facility of its kind in the US.
